Consumers can also find out about the overall wellbeing of a hospital thanks in part to former patient and employee surveys. Information learned from these surveys includes, whether the nurses and doctors were accessible and helped properly educated the patient, whether patient questions and concerns were answered and addressed in a timely manner, whether the rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable, and whether former patients would recommend the hospital to others.
