The air is crisp, the first snow has fallen and November is very near. Before we welcome a new month, however, there is that annual late October occassion to celebrate - Halloween!
Though the holiday is fun and full of laughter, Halloween can also be chaotic and at times dangerous if proper safety measures are not taken. Playing Dress-Up:
- Fasten reflective tape to your child's costume and bag to help with visibility to drivers.
- Always test make-up in a small area first. Remove it before bedtime to prevent possible skin and eye irritation
